Cultivate spaces inside and out that best fit you
Craft the life you want, one space at a time.
We both shape and are shaped by the environments in which we live. Our physical spaces hold the ways in which we live, work, and play. And our bodies, the space which houses our bodies and souls, is ever-present where ever we go. Each of these places is sacred and powerful, filled with the potential to teach and allow us to thrive. When we cultivate relationship with them, we unlock the ability to listen to their wisdom, and cocreate with them to live a full, authentic life.
We are always a beautiful work in progress. Explore offerings that support your internal space to tune into self-discovery and connection with your full Self.
Like us, our spaces are always evolving. Learn how to cultivate intentional relationships with your physical spaces to support and reflect who you truly are.
Lindsay T. Graham, Ph.D.
Dr. Lindsay T. Graham is a personality and social psychologist who specializes in the ways in which we craft, select, and shape our daily physical and virtual spaces to best fit our lives. She is a researcher, writer, teacher, and life-long learner.
Lindsay believes to live a fully functional, well-rounded and happy life we must first look at the environments in which we are living. She is passionate about teaching people about the importance of the relationships they have with their daily spaces (homes, workplace, social media, their bodies and minds.) and helping them to mold their own environments to best fit and support their present and future selves.
Throughout her career Lindsay has worked with industry leaders and researchers around the world to measure and assess occupant behaviors and the effectiveness of spaces in supporting user needs. Through her research, she explore the “person-environment relationship” and how design can enhance the ways in which we do things such as complete our work, form social relationships, express our identities, and accomplish our daily activities and life goals.
Her work spans the fields of psychology, engineering, architecture, interior design, and human-computer mediated interactions. She strongly values interdisciplinary research, and believes dialogue across disciplines is essential for true scientific progression. She also firmly affirms the need for science to not only address “real world” problems, but to also provide relevant, applicable solutions. Lindsay received both her Ph.D. in Personality and Social Psychology and Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
Outside of her academic and cooperate work, Lindsay is a meditation and yoga teacher and ancestral and animist ritualist. She is passionate about helping others connect to themselves mentally and physically, and most importantly, how to tune in and listen to their own intuition. Through her classes she hopes to inspire students through yogic, Buddhist, and other philosophies to trust their inner knowing and to continue to show up for themselves and the world around them. She encourages mindfulness, curiosity, and deep inquiry into what we can learn from each moment and how to be more fully our true selves. Lindsay is a life-long learner of divination, animism, Buddhism, Hinduism, and the Òrìṣà tradition of Yorùbá-speaking West Africa.
